"Return Policy"

  • Based on manufacturer return policies, CHS Unlimited offers a 30 day return policy on selected items. All returns must be authorized and have an authorization Number.
  • To obtain your return authorization number please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information available when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and reason for the return.
  • All returns must contain the following and be 100% complete: ALL original boxes and packaging, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • There are no accepted for Configure to order (CTO) or custom ordered items. After custom order has been placed with CHS Unlimited, the order is invoiced and no cancellations or returns will be allowed.
  • Shipping charges of the returned item are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For your protection, CHS Unlimited strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in the event it is lost or damaged. Please use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
  • Notify CHS Unlimited immediately if merchandise arrives damaged: the original box and the merchandise must be saved for us to arrange for the carrier to inspect it repack the damaged item for return.
  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to CHS Unlimited within 30 days from the invoice date, at CHS Unlimited's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Manufacturer restrictions may apply to your return. Please contact us for specific information on your purchase.
  • NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by CHS Unlimited within 30 days from the invoice date, at CHS Unlimited discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a minimum 15 percent restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
  • Software returns are subject to each manufacturer's discretion. Some manufacturers require a replacement order before allowing a return of their software. Only defective software titles can be returned to CHS Unlimited. All returns must take place within 30 days of invoice date. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Non-defective, opened software may not be returned under any conditions. Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer.
